Description : Retail Stock Assistant (Part-Time). Company : Chanel. Location : Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks on all products upon receipt
• Perform reporting of defective goods
• Maintain Fashion / Watch / Fine Jewelry items in stock room (warehouse) in an organized, clean and tidy manner
• Assist in sorting and organizing daily delivery from warehouse to boutique
• Upkeep accurate records of inventory based on categories
• Participate in monthly warehouse and boutique stock takes
• Provide support and assist in stock transfers and packing
• Provide administrative support including shipping/invoicing
• Assist on the boutique floor when necessary
• Manage phone enquiries on products
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Able to commit retail hours on rotating shifts
